Eco-Friendly Fire-Resistant Coatings Containing Dihydrogen Ammonium Phosphate Microcapsules and Tannins

چکیده

The effect of microencapsulation dihydrogen ammonium phosphate (MAP) in the generation fire-resistant coatings was studied presence tannins extracted from Pinus radiata. MAP encapsulated to avoid interaction with sodium carbonate (Na2CO3), which, upon contact fire, generates unwanted gases. Thus, a fireproof (or intumescent) protective film produced tannins. Microcapsules were polymerized melamine and characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM)-Energy-Dispersive X-ray (EDS). microcapsules spherical diameters between 0.7 1 µm. as-produced mixed tannin extract properties their films evaluated on wood structural steel substrates; fire resistance medium density fiberboard also evaluated. Flame tests showed carbonization index 26.86% using (3% w/w); this is better than commercial coatings. similar coatings, but adherence slightly decreased due agglomeration flexibility.

2-Phenylanilinium dihydrogen phosphate

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(12)H(12)N(+)·H(2)PO(4) (-), the dihydrogen phosphate anions and the 2-phenyl-anilinium cations are associated via O-H⋯O and N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds so as to build inorganic layers around the x = 1/2 plane. The organic entities are anchored between these layers through C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a three-dimensional infinite network. The dihedral ...

2-Cyanoanilinium dihydrogen phosphate

In the cation of the title compound, C(7)H(7)N(2) (+)·H(2)PO(4) (-), the nitrile group and the benzene ring are almost coplanar (r.m.s. deviation = 0.0035 Å). The cations and anions are connected by inter-molecular N-H⋯O, O-H⋯O and O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds, together with π-π inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.8131 (9) Å], forming a three-dimensional network.

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C(5)H(8)N(3) (+)·H(2)PO(4) (-), N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, involving the unprotonated amino-group and the NH(+) group in the pyridinium ring and dihydrogenphosphate O atoms, link the cations and anions. A long chain-like stacking of dihydrogenphosphate anions along the c-axis direction is constructed by O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds. Also along the c-axis direc...

In the title compound, C(8)H(9)N(+)·H(2)PO(4) (-), both the cation and anion have crystallographically imposed mirror symmetry (all atoms apart from one O atom lie on the mirror plane). In the crystal, anions and cations are linked by O-H⋯O and π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.4574 (6) Å], forming chains parallel to the b axis. Adjacent chains are further connected by ...
